I serve as a Professor of Statistics at the Croatian Catholic University in Zagreb. My academic journey has led me into areas such as Data Science, Big Data, Machine Learning, Econometrics and Finance. Currently, I’m in the process of designing new university courses, notably “Data Science for Social Scientists” and “Applied Statistics”. Alongside my academic commitments, I’m also freelancing on a pair of Data Science initiatives.

My passion lies at the intersection of economics, data science, and education. I’m always eager to explore the latest in technology and to hone my quantitative skills further. Data, in all its facets—from compelling visualizations to intricate models—fascinates me. When I step away from the academic world, I indulge in sports, rejuvenate with ice baths, and savor a mix of veggies, coffee, and the thrill of computational challenges.
